My Story
Career:
I started my career working within the energy sector, before moving into the insurance sector.
For the past three years I have worked within eco-tech and NetZero:
-
Designing and improving services for customers (B2C) with air source heat pumps, solar & battery storage and electric vehicle charging. Often incorporating energy tariff elements.
-
Creating services and tools for customers starting out on their path to NetZero, who need support and solutions.
-
Leading service design within transformation projects for the core business of Smart heating.
Additionally, I have experience designing business-to-business (B2B) services. Spanning from the individual tradesperson to partnerships with a FTSE 250 company.

Mentoring:
I spent a year mentoring young people who were part of the "Get started" programme with The Prince’s Trust. Mentoring young people one-on-one who were looking to get into health and social care.

Outside of work:
My lived experience of being a CODA (child of Deaf adults) has given me a unique perspective on how inaccessible services and products can be. It is something that influences the work I do to ensure services are accessible for all users.
